The City of St. Paul Park has chosen Marvel as the “Volunteer of the Year” for 2025. Marvel and her husband, John, have lived in St. Paul Park for 42 years. If you don’t recognize Marvel by her name, you might recognize her as the lady who walks through town every morning, picking up litter or taking a bike ride. The Heritage Days committee would like to honor Marvel for her unwavering commitment to keeping St. Paul Park clean and beautiful. Look for Marvel and her husband in the Heritage Days parade this year.
