2024 Grand Marshal: Bruce Pylkas 
         Bruce Pylkas is President of Total Mechanical Services, Inc. located at 420 Broadway Avenue in beautiful downtown St. Paul Park!
          Bruce lives in Cottage Grove and loves the life of country living in a close-knit community. He is married, has two grown children and considers his family, his best friends.
         We want to thank Bruce for his continued support and generosity of and for our community. Recently he fixed the broken flag pole on Broadway and repurposed it into another park. Last summer, Bruce and his employees along with Johnson Autobody in Newport came up with a plan in getting a sign that was donated to Vet’s Park installed. If you haven’t already, please stop by Veterans Park and take a look. They did a wonderful job. He continues to offer his assistance whenever an opportunity arises.

"We moved the business to St. Paul Park in 1996. It didn’t take long, and we were introduced to the other local companies. Everyone was welcoming and over the years we have done some kind of work for most of them. We have done our best to reciprocate with those companies the best we can. The annual Heritage Days celebration is a cool event, and we have the perfect location to watch the parade and attend the mud volleyball games. In the last 29 years I think I have maybe missed the event three times. I am flattered to have been selected as the Grand Marshall and look forward to that day. - Bruce Pylkas"
